The Race-Keeper Connect is extremely simple to install in your race car – after mounting on the front windscreen or roll bar, just plug in to your OBDII port, or other 12v power and you are ready.
The system automatically records and starts to Live Stream to everyone who you want to see the stream. You will be provided with a web link and a QR code to share with your followers – they can watch your live stream on any device, anywhere in the world.
The Race-Keeper Connect streams your two camera views (Track view and cockpit view), along with your GPS position, speed, and if connected, OBDII/CAN data including RPM, throttle, engine temp and fuel level.

Dual-Stream 1080p HD Recording
Race-Keeper Connect records two synchronized 1080p HD video streams (resolution of 1920 x 1080pixles) for every recording – these are automatically synchronized with all the GPS, inertial and CAN data logged during the session
Live Video Streaming
The Race-Keeper Connect live streams both video views from the front and rear facing cameras along with audio, GPS and vehicle data providing an invaluable tool for on-track awareness for anyone viewing the stream. The system can use its internal 4G modem or Wi-Fi connection to stream over any network to public or private platforms.
Digital Image Stabilization
Race-Keeper Connect uses complex algorithms to help improve overall video quality and clarity. The Mount is also a crucial element in the system to ensure a stable image.
20Hz GPS Data
Race-Keeper Connect samples GPS data 20 times a second, meaning that all GPS derived data is highly accurate.
Dual Axis Accelerometer
Race-Keeper Connect features an onboard bi-axial accelerometer so that in-line and lateral vehicle dynamics can be analyzed.
Record to Full Size SD
Race-Keeper Connect features a full size SD card slot which allows the Race-Keeper Connect to record to high speed full size SD card of up to 512 GB capacity
OBDII & CAN Data Logging
Race-Keeper Connect supports OBDII and can communicate with vehicle ECU’s and other devices via CAN bus allowing standard and custom data streams to be captured.

Use Road-Keeper on the road or at the track – the cyclic logging will ensure you always capture the latest action no matter where it happens. Never worry about deleting old videos, they will be automatically overwritten when space is needed with the Looping record more enabled.
The compact unit contains both 1080p HD cameras, 10Hz GPS, accelerometers, and a status screen. This allows for a very secure and stealthy installation in your vehicle.
Both cameras can be adjusted vertically and horizontally to capture the perfect view.
In-car audio is recorded onto the video streams, the microphone can be muted for privacy by pressing the Mic button on your Road-Keeper.

SD card recording capacity
The list below shows the approximate recording times for the different micro SD card sizes that can be used with our Road-Keeper HD system.
The recordings are split into shorter recordings, typically 20mins in duration, each of about 3.6GB. (1.8GB file for each of the two cameras. The videos and data are synchronized for playback in Race-Keeper Comparo, or in Race-Keeper Instant Video Player).
